Job description

Experience  10–15 years of relevant maintenance experience  Minimum 5–8 years in a managerial or supervisory role Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Operations  Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs  Ensure minimum breakdowns and quick restoration of equipment  Monitor daily maintenance activities and prioritize critical issues  Maintain equipment efficiency, reliability, and lifespan  Team Management  Lead, supervise, and train maintenance technicians and engineers  Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure skill development  Ensure discipline, safety awareness, and proper documentation Safety & Compliance  Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations  Conduct safety audits and risk assessments  Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices Planning & Budgeting  Prepare and control maintenance budgets and expenses  Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination  Reduce maintenance cost through optimization and improvement projects
