Position: - Senior Technician / Engineer – (Mechanical)

Location: Pune Talegaon, JCB Plant

Experience – ITI 6 -8 years of experience / Diploma 5 years of experience in Machine tool maintenance

Eligibility / Qualification Criteria: - ITI- with relevant experience / Diploma in Mechanical

Facility: Transport & Canteen free ( Bus Route – Nigadi to Talegaon to Company location )

Job Description

Preventive and break down maintenance of mechanical, Hydraulic & pneumatic manipulator & fixtures.

Hands on experience mechanical accessories like gear box, ball screw, lead screw

Fault finding & troubleshooting of Hydraulic & pneumatic systems & component like pumps, valves etc.

Troubleshooting machinery breakdowns or malfunctions, identifying the cause, repairing, or replacing malfunctioning components.

Safety awareness on how to use machinery safely and identifying potential hazards.

Maintaining equipment records, machine manuals, machine spares at maintenance stores area.
