As an E-commerce Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless order processing, packing, and dispatch. You will be responsible for supervising daily e-commerce operations, coordinating order processing, packing, and dispatch, managing delivery staff, and ensuring timely deliveries.

You will also be responsible for updating order status and daily reports, handling basic system/app entries and follow-ups, and providing support to the team as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce or delivery operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team.
