Job description

  1. Loading and unloading: Help the driver load and unload packages, materials, or products into and out of the delivery van.
  2. Delivery and customer service: Deliver packages to the correct locations, provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and obtain signatures from customers.
  3. Navigation: Assist the driver with following the assigned route and schedule, and help with navigation using GPS or maps.
  4. Vehicle maintenance: Keep the van clean and assist with performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues to the driver or management.
  5. Record keeping: Maintain delivery logs and report any issues or delays encountered during the delivery process.
