Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamicand seasoned professional to head our Operations &Maintenance (O&M) and Facility Management division. This leadership role involves strategic oversight, process optimization, and delivery of high-quality, multi-locational services across passive infrastructure, housekeeping, stores, warehouses, and manpower management. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, client satisfaction, and profitability throughrobust planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs)
- Operations & Service Delivery
- Lead end-to-end operationsof O&M and Facility Management services.
- Ensure optimal performance of passive infrastructure and on-ground teams across locations.
- Drive service efficiencyand reliability through SOPs and SLA adherence.
- Material & LogisticsManagement
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory management across interstate and remote project sites.
- Ensure timely materialdelivery and regulatory compliance.
- Client Management & BusinessDevelopment
- Build and maintainstrong client relationships through regular interactions.
- Identify and act on cross-sell/up-sell opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Financial & CommercialOversight
- Drive the creationand execution of Annual OperatingPlans (AOP).
- Manage budgets, controlcosts, and ensure timely billing aligned with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Leadership & People Development
- Inspire, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
- Create a high-performance culture with a focus on employee engagement and professional growth.
- Compliance & Safety
- Enforce strict adherenceto Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
- Conduct periodic safety audits and incident reviews.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop and implementrobust MIS systemsand performance dashboards.
- Monitor KPIs, conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
- Stakeholder & Estate Management
- Liaise with local authorities, labour unions, and estate officialsto ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve on-ground issues with diplomacyand efficiency.
- Training & Site Engagement
- Plan and conductstructured training and development programsfor teams.
- Undertake regular site visits to ensure compliance, quality, and team motivation.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Maintenance & Asset Management: This focuses on efficiency and reliability, measured by the ratio of planned vs. reactive maintenance, work order completion time, and asset downtime.
- Financial Management: This evaluates cost-effectiveness, using metrics like cost per square foot and utility consumption.
- Operational Efficiency: This measures how well the team and space are managed, tracked through space utilization rates and workforce productivity.
- Occupant/Customer Satisfaction: This assesses the quality of service, measured by satisfaction scores and the number of complaints.
