Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for strategizing and implementing integrated sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand presence, and ensure optimal market penetration. This role demands strong leadership, analytical acumen, and the ability to align sales and marketing operations with business goals.

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs) Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: -

  1. Develop and implementcomprehensive sales strategies with defined benchmarks for performance

evaluation.

  1. Expand customer base by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
  2. Set outcome-based KPIs aligned to business objectives and ensure adherenceacross teams.
  3. Drive closure of key opportunities and manage stakeholder expectations.
  4. Lead high-value contractnegotiations and relationship development.


Marketing & Brand Strategy: -


  1. Devise marketing campaigns focused on both ofline and digital platforms to build brand equity.
  2. Ensure all campaignsare aligned with market researchand consumer insights.
  3. Lead strategic PR, communications, and brand positioning efforts for maximum impact.


Team Alignment & Benchmarking: -


  1. Establish standardized evaluationcriteria to align all team members to performance expectations.
  2. Ensure all team goals are focused on measurable outcomes driving businesssuccess.
  3. Promote cross-functional collaboration and lead regular alignment meetings between sales and marketing.


Compliance, Budgeting & Audit Readiness:-


  1. Manage the combined sales and marketingbudget ensuring efficiency.
  2. Track performance metricsand refine strategies based on market trends.
  3. Ensure regular internal performance audits and compliance with brand and communication standards.


Key Performance Indicator(KPI)

  1. Sales Revenue Growth: Tracking the increase in revenue over specific periods (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  2. Sales Bookings: Measuring the total value of salesorders received.
  3. Sales Targets:Monitoring performance against assigned sales targets.
  4. Quote-to-Close Ratio: Analyzing the effectiveness of sales team in convertingquotes into actual sales.
  5. Average Purchase Value: Determining the average value of each sale.
  6. Sales per Rep: Evaluating individual sales performance.
  7. Sales Cycle Length: Measuring the time it takes to complete a sale.

  16. New and ExpansionMonthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): Tracking revenue from new and existing clients.
  17. Number of Monthly Onboardingand Demo Calls: Evaluating the efficiency of onboarding new clients.
  18. Lead Generation: Measuring the number of potentialcustomers generated throughmarketing efforts.
  19. Website Traffic:Monitoring website visits and engagement.
  20. Conversion Rates: Tracking the percentage of website visitors who take desired actions (e.g., fill out a form, make a purchase).
