We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG industry, specifically in the food division, and possess excellent sales and leadership skills.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing sales execution. You will work closely with marketing, finance, and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
You will be expected to conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent shortages, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient product distribution, and preparing and submitting regular sales reports, including performance metrics and progress towards targets.
You will also be expected to analyze sales data to identify patterns and insights that can inform future strategies, and ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
