We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end HR operations at our plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of HR policies and processes, maintaining statutory compliance, and fostering a positive and safe working environment.

The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management. They will also ensure 100% compliance with applicable labour laws, liaise with statutory auditors and external consultants, and maintain statutory records and reports.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including employees, management, and government authorities. They will also have a strong understanding of labour laws and regulations, as well as data analysis and reporting skills.

The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for preparing and maintaining periodic HR MIS reports, generating and analysing data to support strategic decisions, and identifying training needs and facilitating skill development. They will also track and document all training activities conducted at the plant.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in HR operations management, with a strong understanding of statutory compliance and labour laws. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
