Masterchow is seeking a reliable and hardworking Loader & Unloader to support warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling goods safely, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring proper storage while following company safety standards and procedures.

This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Loader & Unloader will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks, containers, and warehouse areas, as well as moving materials manually or using basic handling equipment such as trolleys and pallet jacks.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet daily work targets, and cooperate with team members to achieve common goals.

The Loader & Unloader will also be responsible for checking packages for damage and reporting issues to supervisors, as well as assisting in keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

Additionally, the Loader & Unloader may be required to support packing or sorting activities when needed.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of safety practices in warehouse environments and be able to follow instructions and work in a team.

Physical fitness to lift and move heavy materials is also essential for this role.
