Job description

Matter Motor is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate records across internal systems. The role involves entering, updating, and verifying data while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timely reporting.

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into company databases and software systems, verifying and cross-checking information for errors or inconsistencies, and updating existing records and maintaining proper documentation.

You will also be required to generate basic reports as required by supervisors, maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information, and organize physical and digital files systematically.

Additionally, you will need to coordinate with other departments to collect missing data, follow data security and company policies at all times, and meet daily or weekly data entry targets.
