FIEM Industries Ltd., a leading manufacturer in the automotive components sector, is expanding its workforce to meet a surge in production demand at its Unit III and Unit V facilities located in Achettipalli, Kelamangalam Road, Hosur. The company is urgently looking for a sizable pool of unskilled helpers who can join the shop floor immediately and contribute to the smooth operation of its assembly lines, material handling zones, and ancillary processes.

The role is classified as casual labour, meaning that helpers will be engaged on a day‑to‑day basis with a clear remuneration structure. Workers will receive a basic daily wage for an eight‑hour shift, supplemented by overtime pay for any additional hours worked, a night‑shift allowance for those assigned to evening duties, and an attendance bonus for consistent presence. Two extra Sundays per month are also compensated, ensuring that the total gross salary reaches INR 21,535 per month.
