We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager – FTL to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing large enterprise manufacturing clients. The role is focused on client hunting, enterprise sales, and achieving direct revenue targets from manufacturers for Full Truck Load transportation services.
As a Business Development Manager – FTL, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, identifying and onboarding key manufacturing accounts, and building a strong enterprise sales strategy aligned with company revenue goals. You will work closely with operations, pricing, and solution teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FTL logistics sales and enterprise client acquisition, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain and transportation economics. You will be a target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented individual who is passionate about driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with clients.
