Assistant Manager – Logistics & Warehouse Operations

Exp. - 8+yrs

Location - Kolkata

Overseeing the ordering & product availability.

Ensuring proper load ability of trucks (optimum utilization of space).

Keeping focus & minimizing vehicle turnaround time.

Scheduling loading/Unloading activity in such a manner that maximum output can be obtained.

Ensuring zero tolerance in loading of stocks (proper counting & checking mechanism to be put in place to avoid stock mismatch).

Ensuring all outward vehicles should be handed over with all valid required documents.

Execute Daily dispatch in line with the plan.

 Improve loading practice as per SOP to minimize in-transit damage.

 Inventory control.- follow FIFO/LIFO, stacking norms, Minimum and Maximum stock limit.

Timely Order Execution tracking and delivery status at DB point.

Co-ordination with sales team for day today activities.
