Job description

1. Shift wise manpower planning.
2. Work closely with Team to ensure timely inwards with processes defined by the company.
3. Work closely with Team to ensure timely picking / dropping / sorting & dispatch with processes defined by the company.
4. Maintain proper inventory Stacking & hygiene
5. Work with the Team team to ensure timely completion of jobs and assigned tasks.
6. Maintaining daily and monthly reports
7.Working on productivity and efficiency of team.
8. Responsible for inbound  outbound ops,
9. Focus on achievement of key metrics
10.Control damages & missing
11. Maintaining SOP
12. Handling reverse logistics."
