As a Business Branch Head - Sales, you will be responsible for leading sales for the assigned territory, driving monthly and annual sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes. You will also be responsible for providing feedback on sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing market trends.

You will establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all sales activities are aligned with the company's overall business strategy. You will also coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) for smooth execution of sales activities.
