Hiring Requirement – IT Sales (Multiple Locations)
1. Sales Manager – IT Sales
No. of Openings: 2 , Location: North - Pune, South – Chennai .
Experience: 4 – 6 Years (IT Sales Mandatory)
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month +VARIABLE.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute revenue growth strategies
Sales forecasting, pipeline management, and target planning
Lead, mentor, and manage SDR & sales teams
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
Coordinate with marketing and senior leadership
Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports
Drive process improvement and sales efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT products/services sales
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Experience handling targets, forecasting, and CRM tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
2. SDR – Inbound (Sales Development Representative)
No. of Openings: 15 , Location: Work from Home (Multi language preferred)
Experience: 0 – 3 Years (IT Sales preferred)
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – 25,000 per month + Incentive
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns
Perform lead qualification and need analysis
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records
Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic understanding of IT products/services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with cold calling and digital outreach
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
3. SDR – Outbound (Field Marketing)
No. of Openings: 5 per city.
Location : Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Andrapradesh, Kerala.
Experience: 0 – 2 Years (IT Sales preferred)
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.+variable.
3. SDR Lead – Outbound (Field Marketing)
No. of Openings: 2 per city.
Experience: 3 – 5 Years (IT Sales – Field/Outbound)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month+Variable.
Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Andrapradesh, Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Outbound SDR Field Team
Execute field marketing and outbound sales strategies
Plan city-wise campaigns, events, and prospect visits
Track performance and ensure target achievement
Coach and guide SDRs on pitching and objection handling
Coordinate with Sales Manager for pipeline reviews
Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in field sales / outbound IT sales
Leadership and team handling experience
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively within assigned city
Target-oriented and execution-focused approach
City-Wise Team Structure:
SDR Lead – Outbound: 2 per city
SDR – Outbound: 5 per city
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits, cold outreach, and direct prospecting
Generate leads through on-ground marketing activities
Pitch IT products/services to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong local customer relationships
Update CRM with daily field activity
Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in outbound or field sales (IT preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work on field and travel locally
Target-driven and result-oriented attitude
Basic understanding of IT solutions and services
Compensation & Hiring Notes (For Consulting Partner):
Salary ranges are fixed monthly CTC, incentives will be discussed separately
IT Sales experience is mandatory for all roles
Immediate to 30-day joiners preferred
City-wise hiring with local candidates preferred
Bulk hiring required for SDR roles
Fluency in regional language is mandatory.
