Job description

Key Responsibilities include:

- Designing, developing, and maintaining Automotive HMI / IVI Android applications

- Implementing driver-centric UI/UX that adheres to automotive safety and usability standards

- Developing HMI layer components using Java and Kotlin

- Collaborating closely with system, BSP, middleware, and hardware teams for end-to-end integration

- Integrating Android applications with vehicle signals, CAN data, and system services

- Optimizing application performance for boot time, memory usage, and responsiveness

- Debugging and resolving issues related to IVI, multi-display, and vehicle-specific use cases

- Ensuring compliance with Automotive SPICE, functional safety (awareness), and OEM guidelines

- Participating in code reviews and Agile development processes
