Job Title: Field Recruiter

Location: Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Recruiter to support our hiring activities by sourcing and screening candidates directly from the field. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with traveling locally, engaging with potential candidates, and managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and entry-level roles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field recruitment activities such as job postings, campus drives, and local sourcing.
2. Visit targeted locations to identify and attract suitable candidates.
3. Screen candidates through preliminary interviews and assess their suitability.
4. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment progress.
6. Ensure timely closure of open positions.
7. Build strong relationships with local communities, institutes, and job portals.
8. Provide regular updates and reports on hiring status.

Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
2. Prior experience in field recruitment or bulk hiring is an advantage.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
6. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
