Job Description:

We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer relationship management and possess strong communication and organizational skills. As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
3. Provide customers with detailed information regarding services, billing, and tracking.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
5. Track and manage customer interactions through CRM software.
6. Prepare reports and analyze customer data to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
7. Assist in developing strategies to increase customer retention and business growth.
8. Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
6. Ability to build strong customer relationships and handle multiple tasks.
7. Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry is a plus but not mandatory.
8. Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
