Estimator Designer - Facade

Job description

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for facade projects, including materials, labor, and other associated costs.  Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop comprehensive cost breakdowns.  Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate and optimized solutions for facade systems.  Review tender documents and ensure that all bid submissions meet project specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.  Track and manage project costs throughout the lifecycle, ensuring they align with estimates and timelines.  Attend site visits and assess project scope to determine material quantities and labor requirements.  Monitor market trends and cost fluctuations to adjust estimates and keep them up to date.  Provide cost analysis and value engineering options to help reduce project costs without compromising quality.  Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and negotiate terms where applicable.  Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and contracts for future reference.  Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential client
