Job description
We are looking for an experienced IVR & Omni-Channel QA Engineer to test cloud-based voice and digital engagement platforms.
🔹 Key Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience testing cloud-based IVR & omni-channel systems
- Strong understanding of Five9 IVR architecture, call flows & voice technologies
- Experience with chat, email, and non-voice channel testing
- Hands-on exposure to API / web services testing
- Ability to create test strategies, test plans, and defect reports
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira
- Knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium and Five9 Razor
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins
🔹 Nice to Have
- Experience working with US stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
