Calendar & Time Management: Proactively managing complex and frequently shifting schedules, prioritizing high-value meetings, and ensuring the Director is prepared for all engagements.
Communication & Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including board members and clients. This includes screening emails, taking calls, and drafting professional correspondence.
Travel & Logistics: Coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements, including international flights, accommodation, visa requirements, and detailed itineraries.
Meeting Support: Organizing executive meetings and board reviews, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions to ensure timely closure of tasks.
Project Management & Research: Leading special projects, conducting market research, and compiling data for reports or presentations to support the Director’s decision-making.
Financial Administration: Managing expense reports, tracking budgets, and sometimes overseeing payroll or vendor payments.
