Company: Masterchow Job Role: Store Assistant Salary: ■12,000 in-hand + PF & ESIC benefits Job Summary Masterchow is hiring a responsible and organized Store Assistant to support daily store and inventory operations. The role involves maintaining stock records, assisting with goods handling, and ensuring smooth coordination between the warehouse and store team. Key Responsibilities • Receive, check, and store incoming goods properly. • Maintain accurate stock and inventory records. • Assist in issuing materials as per requirement. • Ensure proper labeling and arrangement of stock items. • Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area. • Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams. • Follow safety and company procedures at all times. • Assist in loading and unloading materials when required. • Prepare basic stock reports for supervisors. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred. • Basic knowledge of inventory handling. • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/stock entry). • Attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Physically fit for store-related activities. • Prior store or warehouse experience is an advantage.
