Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader for our Inside Sales department. This individual will lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets, while fostering a high- performing sales culture. The ideal candidatewill possess strongleadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of inside sales processes and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership &Coaching:
- Lead, coach, and motivatea team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team salesgoals.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to provideconstructive feedback, set clear expectations, and ensure ongoing professional development.
- Provide trainingon sales techniques, CRM tools, productknowledge, and companysales processes.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales strategies and initiatives to drive businessgrowth.
- Monitor daily activities of the sales team to ensure productivity, lead generation, and conversion ratesare meeting targets.
- Assist in closing high-value or complex deals,providing expertise and support to team memberswhen needed.
- Performance Tracking& Reporting:
- Set clear,measurable goals and KPIs for the team and track performance againstsales targets.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare regularreports on team performance, including sales metrics, revenuegeneration, and customer feedback.
- Collaboration& Communication:
- Work closelywith the marketingand customer serviceteams to ensurealignment in sales strategies and customer outreach.
- Address any issues or escalations from customers, resolving them promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales,with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Proven trackrecord of meetingor exceeding salestargets and drivingrevenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical mindsetwith the abilityto interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
