Etrav Tech works with B2B travel partners and airline suppliers, managing high-volume

transactions and settlements. The payables function plays a critical role in ensuring timely vendor

settlements, maintaining strong airline relationships, and driving financial discipline across

operations.

Role Overview

The Payables Manager will lead end-to-end accounts payable operations including vendor

payments, airline settlements, reconciliation, ERP controls, reporting, and compliance. This role

requires strong financial acumen, process orientation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily vendor and airline payment processing.

• Ensure timely settlement as per agreed credit terms.

• Lead daily and monthly payables reconciliation (Vendor, Airline, PG).

• Ensure accurate posting of invoices, credit notes, and adjustments in ERP.

• Prepare weekly and monthly payables MIS reports.

• Provide data for cash-flow forecasting and working capital planning.

• Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for all payments.

• Lead and mentor the payables team and drive process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (MBA preferred).

• 5–8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance Operations.

• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Experience in B2B travel, airline, OTA, or travel-tech industry preferred.

• Strong ERP and Excel proficiency.
