Brand Trainee - Sales Associate


*Department:* Sales


*Location:* Pune


*Qualification:* Minimum 12th Pass


*Experience:* Preferably from Men’s Apparel


*Salary:* ₹16,000 – ₹18000 +1000 petrol allowance


*Job Type:* Full-Time


*Key Responsibilities*


* Greet and assist customers in selecting men’s innerwear products.

* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

* Maintain product display, stock levels, and store cleanliness.

* Handle billing and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

* Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.


*Skills Required*


* Smart and presentable appearance

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong customer-handling and persuasion abilities

* Basic knowledge of retail sales operations
