Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to play a key role in managing quarterly and annual financial reporting, preparing detailed financial MIS, supporting statutory audits, and ensuring timely finalization of accounts in compliance with regulatory standards for a listed organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Preparation of financials for a listed company (Turnover ₹400Cr – ₹700Cr)
2. Quarterly limited review and annual financial reporting
3. Finalization of P&L, Cash Flow Statements, Financial Statements & Notes to Accounts
4. Monthly MIS Reporting, Budget Tracking & Variance Analysis
5. Annual Budget Preparation and monitoring on a monthly basis
6. Strong understanding of audit and reporting requirements including: CARO, Audit Reports & Engagement Letters, Schedule III disclosures under Companies Act, 2013
7. Coordination and support during Statutory Audits
8. Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and reporting standards
9. Basic knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation

Skills Required

1. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
2. ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle preferred)
3. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
4. Effective time management and execution capabilities
5. Experience in Manufacturing Finance (Auto Components preferred)
