Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital platforms

Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects

Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for banners and landing pages

Monitor campaign performance, CTR, CPL, CPA, and conversions

Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance

Track and analyze data using Google Analytics and other reporting tools

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Optimize landing pages in coordination with the website/SEO team

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and real estate advertising

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

4-8 years of experience in PPC (Real Estate experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools

Understanding of lead generation strategies

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Strong communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in real estate lead generation

Knowledge of CRM tools

Understanding of landing page optimization

Basic knowledge of SEO
