Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

 Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support to end users (on-site and remote).

 Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware, printers, scanners, and peripherals.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and other standard

applications.

 Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues.

 Handle email configuration and troubleshooting (Outlook, Exchange, O365).

 Perform OS installation, upgrades, and patching.

 Provide support for antivirus, endpoint security, and system updates.

 Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

 Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
