Position - Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end technical
hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing mid
to senior- level IT roles while partnering closely with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across multiple functions.
Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, networking, and headhunting.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles based on technical requirements.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and workforce plans.
Maintain candidate pipelines for critical skills and upcoming requirements.
Negotiate offers and ensure timely closures.
Track hiring metrics and provide recruitment reports regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and current market trends.
Proven experience in hiring for niche and senior-level tech positions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ATS tools and professional networking platforms.
Good to Have:
Experience in startup/fast-scaling environments.
Knowledge of competency-based interviewing.
