Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern
Location: Bengaluru
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Support in drafting and posting job advertisements
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments
- Perform background checks and reference verifications
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and campus drives
- Prepare reports related to recruitment activities
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
