Job description
The Sales Manager for LT Switchboards & Automation is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share expansion within the LT Panel Equipment division. This highly specialized role requires a blend of technical expertise in low-tension switchgear and automation solutions, and proven excellence in complex sales, negotiation, and key account management.
The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to proposal negotiation and final contract closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of LT Switchboards, electrical distribution standards, and industrial automation principles, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
The role requires significant travel to meet with potential and existing customers, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
