Job description

The Vendor Development Manager – Logistics is responsible for building and developing a strong vendor base by hiring vehicles from the open market and onboarding new fleet owners. The role is crucial in ensuring vehicle availability, expanding vendor/fleet network, and maintaining healthy vendor relationships to meet operational and customer requirements.

This position requires a strong understanding of local transport markets, excellent networking and communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and persuade vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor development, fleet onboarding, or vehicle sourcing in a logistics, transport aggregator, or freight forwarding company.
