We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our growing team. As the face of our recovery operations, you will balance professional negotiation with high-performance target achievement.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, telecalling, or debt recovery, and a strong understanding of customer communication and negotiation skills.

The role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
