Ability to handle and lead team

Optometrist with good knowledge of frames, glasses and contact lenses

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Testing customers’ eyesight

2. Prescribe optical lenses and frames to customers

3. Help customers with contact lenses

4. Meet store targets and lead the team.

5. Manage all operations of a store.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1. Minimum experience of 2-3 years as optometrist and 1yrs as Store manager

2. Good knowledge about contact lenses and how to wear them

3. Prior sales experience as to guide customer with suitable frames and glasses.

4. Conduct comprehensive eye tests (both subjective & objective) for each patient coming to the Optical Outlet.

5. Conduct sales of all optical goods and explain customers in detail about the frames, lenses & contact lenses as per the customers’ requirement.

6. Troubleshooting any complaints regarding glasses dispensed from our Optical Outlet.

7. Professionally Increase revenue and sales
