Service Engineer

Job description

As a Service Engineer at Berlin Machine Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' machines. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent after-sales service, including installation, breakdown service, and customer support for CNC EDM, ZNC EDM, Wire EDM, and conventional machines.

You will work closely with our sales, spares, and technical teams to achieve service and spares targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and technical reliability. Your expertise in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis will be essential in resolving critical issues and ensuring maximum machine uptime.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer escalations and build long-term relationships through service excellence. Your willingness to travel across India will be essential in meeting the demands of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine tools and industrial service, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience. A diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required, along with a strong understanding of machine drawings, wiring, and hydraulics.
