Blinkit is rapidly growing its presence in Kanpur, and we are looking for energetic Delivery Associates to help us meet the increasing demand for fast grocery deliveries. As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of Blinkit to our customers, ensuring that each parcel reaches its destination safely, on time, and with a friendly attitude. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the move, have a reliable two‑wheeler, and are comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and order management.

Each day begins with a brief assignment briefing where you receive a list of parcels to pick up from partner stores. You will verify each order against the manifest, ensuring that the correct items are loaded onto your vehicle. Once the parcels are secured, you will use the Blinkit app to navigate to each delivery address. The app provides real‑time traffic updates and optimal routing, helping you maximize efficiency and reduce travel time.

During deliveries, you will interact directly with customers, confirming receipt of the parcel and obtaining a signature or digital acknowledgment. Maintaining a professional demeanor is essential, as you represent Blinkit’s brand values of reliability and courtesy. If any issues arise—such as an incorrect address, a missing item, or a damaged parcel—you are expected to report them promptly through the app so that the operations team can resolve the problem quickly.

Success in this role relies on strong time‑management skills, the ability to plan routes efficiently, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You should be comfortable handling cash transactions when required and possess basic numeracy to reconcile payments. While prior delivery experience is beneficial, we welcome fresh candidates who demonstrate reliability, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
