Job Title: Loader / Unloading Helper Industry: Manufacturing Job Summary We are looking for a physically fit and responsible Loader / Unloading Helper to support daily material handling operations at our manufacturing facility. The role involves loading, unloading, shifting, and organizing raw materials and finished goods while ensuring safety and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities - Load and unload raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products from trucks and containers. - Assist in shifting materials within the factory, warehouse, or production area. - Ensure proper stacking and segregation of materials as per company standards. - Support machine operators and supervisors in material movement and basic operational tasks. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the loading/unloading area. - Follow all safety guidelines, use protective equipment, and avoid unsafe handling practices. - Report material damage, shortages, or safety issues to the supervisor immediately. - Assist during inventory movement, dispatch, and receipt processes. - Perform other labor-related tasks assigned by the management as needed. Requirements - Minimum education: Basic reading and writing skills preferred. - Prior experience in loading/unloading or warehouse work is an advantage. - Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. - Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. - Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required. - Basic understanding of workplace safety.
