The Managing Director (MD) leads a dynamic executive team responsible for steering the company’s strategic growth across multiple continents.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will serve as the MD’s right hand, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that the MD’s time is optimized for high‑impact activities. This role is pivotal in maintaining the flow of information, managing complex schedules, and acting as a trusted liaison between the MD and a broad network of internal departments, global subsidiaries, partners, and customers.

In addition to the core responsibilities, the Executive Assistant must demonstrate a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate the MD’s needs. The role requires excellent judgment, the capacity to handle sensitive information with integrity, and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑moving global environment.
Key qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, coupled with three to six years of experience supporting senior executives in a multinational setting. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite—particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—is essential, as is familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Experience with corporate travel tools (e.g., Concur) and a proven track record of managing complex calendars are highly valued.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset. They should be comfortable interacting with senior leadership, external partners, and cross‑functional teams, always maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
