Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the overall finance & accounts function of the organization
2. Oversee P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
3. Handle BSP reconciliation, IATA settlements, and airline/vendor payments
4. Monitor revenue accounting related to ticketing, travel operations, and GDS transactions
5. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory regulations, and audits
6. Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
7. Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management
8. Drive cost optimization and financial efficiency initiatives
9. Lead internal & external audits and ensure timely closure
10. Build and manage a high-performing finance team

Key Requirements

1. 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
2. Prior experience in Travel / Airline / Aviation industry preferred
3. Strong knowledge of BSP, IATA, revenue accounting, and travel taxation
4. Experience in managing team and multi-branch finance operations
5. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle / etc.)
6. Strong analytical and leadership skills
7. CA / MBA (Finance) preferred
