Job description

Our warehouse network across India is expanding, and we are looking for diligent Picker/Packer to ensure smooth order fulfillment. The role is central to moving products from storage to customers, requiring precision, speed, and a commitment to safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for locating items on shelves, picking them according to order tickets, and packing them securely for shipment. Each step must be verified against the order details to prevent errors that could affect customer satisfaction. In addition to picking and packing, the employee will support inventory accuracy, assist with loading and unloading trucks, and help maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Physical stamina is essential; the role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 10 kg repeatedly throughout the shift. The work environment can be noisy and temperature‑controlled, and the schedule may include weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak periods.
