Position - Telecaller Executive


Job Description:

Leela Fincare, a reputed finance company and CA firm based in Goregaon East, is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our growing team.


✨ Key Responsibilities:


Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and source leads for:


Home Loans


Loan Against Property (LAP)


Overdraft (OD)


Cash Credit (CC)


Business Loans (BL)


Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/finance team.


Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.


Build and maintain good customer relationships.


🧩 Desired Candidate Profile:


Experience in telecalling or loan sales.


Good communication and convincing skills.


Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantage.


Target-oriented and self-driven attitude.
