Job description

As a Regional Head - Collections, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end collections for the lending business and managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will ensure adherence to collection processes in the region, track and control delinquency of the area, and review account allocations and collections targets by the bucket. You will also ensure that collection agencies and executives adhere to legal guidelines and manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Agencies/collection executives. Additionally, you will work closely with Risk Management to design collections strategy, develop and enhance analytics and MIS-driven culture, and identify trouble spots and implement collection-related programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent logic and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in building collection operations from the ground up. You will be a numbers-driven individual with a passion for making a dent in the MSME ecosystem.
