Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to join our team in Gurgaon Sector 77. As a Picker & Packer, you will be responsible for picking grocery items as per order lists, packing products carefully to avoid damage, and loading packed items for dispatch.

You will also be required to maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse, handle van delivery, and perform silent delivery. This is a night shift position, and you must be physically fit to handle warehouse work.

The ideal candidate will have basic reading and counting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team. You should be punctual and responsible, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a fixed salary of INR 12,000 per month, an attendance bonus of INR 1,000, and overtime pay as per company policy. The total salary can go up to INR 16,000 per month.
