Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and support the execution of fast-paced retail interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural and interior drawings, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-speed retail project environment.

The role involves working in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, coordinating with onsite teams, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple locations. The projects are Pan-India, and the candidate must be open to travel for site visits and execution monitoring.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and tracking project timelines, reading and interpreting architectural and interior drawings, coordinating with onsite teams, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring strong control over materials, budgets, and overall project delivery.

They will also be responsible for providing regular and proactive updates on project progress, risks, and site requirements, conducting site visits across India to monitor work quality, timelines, and execution, and supporting end-to-end project execution with strong planning and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

They will also be able to read, interpret, and maintain a strong understanding of architectural and interior drawings, and have experience in retail projects, preferably with fast-paced execution cycles.
