We are seeking a skilled CRM Executive to oversee customer communication across multiple digital channels, driving engagement, retention, and conversions through timely and relevant messaging.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer journeys, user segmentation, and CRM tools, with experience in executing customer communication campaigns and managing day-to-day CRM activities.

This role requires strong written communication skills, comfort with numbers and reports, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The CRM Executive will be responsible for executing customer communication campaigns across multiple channels, including push notifications, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and In-App messages.

They will work closely with internal teams to coordinate content, creatives, and approvals, and ensure accuracy of messages, links, and targeting before campaign launches.

The CRM Executive will also track campaign performance and share regular reports, and follow internal processes and campaign calendars.

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of customer journeys and user segmentation, and be able to work with user data to target the right customers at the right time.
