Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Select products from inventory based on pick lists, invoices, or handheld device instructions.
- Loading/Unloading: Load finished products onto trucks and unload incoming inventory, ensuring proper stacking and security.
- Packing & Sorting: Prepare, label, and scan items for shipment, ensuring accuracy in quantity, size, and color.
- Inventory Control: Perform stocktaking, track inventory, and report damaged goods to supervisors.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to safety protocols, operate equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks, and keep the warehouse clean.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th pass or high school diploma.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in warehousing or logistics is typical.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to read English.
- Physicality: Ability to lift heavy items, walk, and stand for long periods.
- Technical: Basic computer knowledge or experience with barcode scanners is often preferred.
Work Environment & Benefits
