This role will be business partnering for Retail/Salesfunction. This offline function has teams in over 8 cities currently and about 100 employees.About the job: The primary job is to hire, induct and manage the lifecycle of every retail employee. Training, performance management, payroll management for ASMs, KAMs, SOs andPromoters. Help in designing and managing retail function which includes org design, promotions,engagement.
