Key Responsibilities

- Strong understanding of logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, 3PL,)
- Proven sales leadership and negotiation skills
- P&L ownership and financial acumen
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
- Excellent people management and stakeholder communication skills
- Data-driven decision-making and process orientation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12–18 years of experience in logistics/supply chain with exposure to both sales and operations
- Prior experience in leading large teams and handling enterprise clients
- Experience in e-commerce, Transportaion,3PL logistics preferred.
