We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Driver & Fleet Hiring Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating a minimum of 3–4 active leads daily and ensuring 50% conversion into deployed drivers.
This role requires a strong understanding of the EV fleet management industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and engagement with the driver community.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting hiring goals, identifying process improvements, and driving cost optimization opportunities.
